福州市海漂垃圾綜合治理工作探析

摘要：海洋環(huán)境保護(hù)是美麗中國建設(shè)的重要組成部分。為切實(shí)保護(hù)海洋環(huán)境，地方政府應(yīng)對海洋垃圾實(shí)行全鏈條監(jiān)管?；诖?，從福建省福州市海漂垃圾綜合治理現(xiàn)狀入手，闡述治理工作的特色、亮點(diǎn)，分析治理過程中存在的問題，探索進(jìn)一步鞏固提升海漂垃圾綜合治理成效的對策。

Exploration into the Comprehensive Management of Sea Drifting Garbage in Fuzhou City

Abstract： Sea environmental protection is an important component of building a beautiful China. In order to effectively protect the sea environment， local governments should implement whole-chain supervision of sea garbage. Based on this， starting from the current situation of comprehensive management of floating garbage in Fuzhou city， Fujian province， the characteristics and highlights of the management work are expounded， the problems existing in the management process are analyzed， and the countermeasures to further consolidate and improve the comprehensive management of floating garbage are explored.
