深圳市城市更新與工業(yè)遺存再利用策略研究

摘要：隨著深圳市經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整，大量工業(yè)遺存逐漸成為城市更新過程中的重要資源。對(duì)深圳市工業(yè)遺存再利用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要總結(jié)，針對(duì)性地提出深圳市城市更新策略及城市更新中工業(yè)遺存再利用的對(duì)策，并通過分析實(shí)際案例總結(jié)改造的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，展望未來發(fā)展的方向。

Abstract： With the rapid development of Shenzhen’s economy and the adjustment of industrial structure， a large number of industrial heritage have gradually become an important resource in the process of urban renewal. This paper briefly summarizes the current situation of the reuse of industrial heritage in Shenzhen city， puts forward the strategies of urban renewal in Shenzhen city and the countermeasures for the reuse of industrial heritage in urban renewal， and summarizes the successful experience of transformation through the analysis of practical cases， and looks forward to the future development direction.
