全域土地綜合整治與國(guó)土空間詳細(xì)規(guī)劃聯(lián)動(dòng)路徑研究

摘要：為進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化“三生”空間格局，提升土地資源利用率，自然資源部開(kāi)始推進(jìn)全域土地綜合整治試點(diǎn)工作。在分析全域土地綜合整治與國(guó)土空間詳細(xì)規(guī)劃問(wèn)題與挑戰(zhàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，探討全域土地綜合整治與國(guó)土空間詳細(xì)規(guī)劃聯(lián)動(dòng)路徑。

Abstract： In order to further optimize the spatial pattern of the “Three Lives” and improve the efficiency of land resource utilization， the Ministry of Natural Resources has begun to promote the pilot work of comprehensive land consolidation. On the basis of analyzing and sorting out the problems and challenges of comprehensive land consolidation and detailed planning of territorial space， this article research the linkage path between comprehensive land consolidation and detailed planning of territorial space.
