縣級(jí)全域土地綜合整治分區(qū)劃定研究

摘要：全域土地綜合整治是優(yōu)化鄉(xiāng)村生產(chǎn)、生活、生態(tài)三大空間布局，落實(shí)國(guó)土空間規(guī)劃的重要抓手。選取廣州市從化區(qū)和寧波市象山縣兩個(gè)試點(diǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析，提煉兩地關(guān)于整治分區(qū)劃定及其傳導(dǎo)體系構(gòu)建的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提出整治分區(qū)劃定建議，以期為整治分區(qū)劃定提供參考依據(jù)。

Research on the Delineation of Consolidation Zones in County-Level Comprehensive Land Consolidation

Abstract： Comprehensive land consolidation is an important tool for optimizing the spatial layout of rural production， life， and ecology， and implementing national spatial planning. The article selects two pilot projects， Conghua district in Guangzhou city and Xiangshan county in Ningbo city， for evaluation and analysis， and extracts the experience of the two places in the delineation of rectification zones and the construction of their transmission systems. Suggestions for the delineation of rectification zones are proposed， in order to provide a certain reference basis for the comprehensive land consolidation work of the whole region.
