仿真技術(shù)在鋁制發(fā)動機罩焊接工藝中的應(yīng)用

摘要:為加快鋁制發(fā)動機罩導(dǎo)入進程,利用數(shù)值模擬和全球制造模擬(GMS)驗證焊接機器人的可達性、干涉性和生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍的保障能力,并通過數(shù)值模擬確認(rèn)發(fā)動機罩焊接變形量滿足工藝要求,實現(xiàn)與生產(chǎn)線、工裝夾具的并行工程,加速導(dǎo)入工裝夾具,最終實現(xiàn)車型導(dǎo)入周期縮短3個月,成本降低約20萬元,同時提高了焊接質(zhì)量。

Application of Simulation Technique in Welding Process

of Aluminium Engine Hood

Abstract:In order to speed up the process of introducing aluminum engine hood, numerical simulation and Global Manufacturing Simulation (GMS) are used to verify the accessibility, interference, production cycle of the welding robot, and numerical simulation is used to confirm that the welding deformation can satisfy the process requirements, realize parallel engineering with production line, tooling and fixture, and accelerate the introduction of tooling and fixtures. Finally, the introduction cycle of models can be shortened by 3 months, cost reduction of 200,000 RMB, with improved welding quality.
