汽車(chē)輕量化機(jī)械連接工藝技術(shù)研究

摘要:為積累輕量化車(chē)身連接技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)及制造經(jīng)驗(yàn),提升車(chē)身機(jī)械連接工藝質(zhì)量,針對(duì)自沖鉚接、無(wú)鉚連接、熱熔自攻絲鉚接、螺栓連接、拉鉚、壓鉚車(chē)身輕量化機(jī)械連接技術(shù)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)分析,詳細(xì)闡述了各個(gè)工藝的工藝原理、工藝特點(diǎn)、質(zhì)量控制方法和創(chuàng)新工藝方案。

Research on the Technology of Automotive Lightweight Mechanical Connection

Abstract: To accumulate experience in the design and manufacturing of lightweight vehicle body connection technologies and enhance the quality of vehicle body mechanical connection processes, this paper summarizes and analyzes lightweight vehicle body mechanical connection technologies such as self-piercing riveting, rivetless connection, hot-melt self-tapping riveting, bolt connection, pull riveting and pressing riveting, and elaborates in detail the process principles, process characteristics, quality control methods and innovative process schemes of each process.
