摘要：HINOC是我國(guó)具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的一種高頻EOC技術(shù)，文章提出了應(yīng)用HINOC技術(shù)的廣電接入網(wǎng)改造設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范，給出了工程實(shí)例和對(duì)比分析。
