基于因子權(quán)重法的地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)社會(huì)效益評(píng)估方法研究

摘要：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施效果評(píng)估是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作的重要組成部分。文中以福建省地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《鍋爐用固體廢棄物燃料性能評(píng)價(jià)規(guī)則》為研究對(duì)象，從評(píng)估準(zhǔn)備、評(píng)估實(shí)施、數(shù)據(jù)資料收集、評(píng)估結(jié)果測(cè)算及應(yīng)用等方面，采用分級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)法與因子權(quán)重法相結(jié)合，對(duì)其社會(huì)效益評(píng)估方法開展研究，為地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)社會(huì)效益評(píng)估提供方法和過(guò)程參考。

Research on the Social Benefit Evaluation Method of Local Standards Based on Factor Weighting Method

Abstract： The evaluation of the effectiveness of standard implementation is an important component of standardization work. This article takes the local standard "Rules for Evaluation the Performance of Solid Waste Fuels for boilers" as the research object. From the aspects of evaluation preparation， implementation， data collection， calculation and application of evaluation results， a combination of hierarchical evaluation method and factor weighting method is used to study its social benefit evaluation method， providing methods and process references for the social effect evaluation of local standards.
