摘要：文中根據(jù)截至2021年底的福建省法人和其他組織統(tǒng)一社會(huì)信用代碼數(shù)據(jù)來源，分析福建省數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)，指出福建省數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在的主要問題，提出福建省數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)策及建議。

Abstract： According to the unified social credit code data resources of Fujian legal entities and other organizations and other foreign investment data by the end of 2021，this paper analyzes the development characteristics of the digital economy in Fujian Province， points out the main problems in the development of the digital economy in Fujian Province， and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the digital economy in Fujian Province.

當(dāng)今世界局勢(shì)動(dòng)蕩復(fù)雜，在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇乏力的背景下，伴隨著新一代信息技術(shù)革命的浪潮，以智能技術(shù)群為核心驅(qū)動(dòng)力、以數(shù)字化知識(shí)和信息為關(guān)鍵生產(chǎn)要素的數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)，作為繼農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)、工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)后，成為推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和重塑全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局的一種新型經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展形態(tài)。（剩余4383字）
