摘要:文中基于臨界流噴嘴原理,研制了一款誤差檢測(cè)、密封性試驗(yàn)為一體的負(fù)壓法音速噴嘴式氣體流量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置,該裝置滿足氣體流量計(jì)的量值誤差和密封性能指標(biāo)的檢測(cè),實(shí)現(xiàn)了交易結(jié)算、工業(yè)計(jì)量、過(guò)程控制、安全生產(chǎn)等領(lǐng)域的流量測(cè)量?jī)x表檢定的準(zhǔn)確高效。

The Design of the Sonic Nozzle Gas Flow Standard Device of the Negative Pressure Method with the Integration of Error Detection and Sealing Test

Abstract: Based on the principle of critical flow nozzle, a gas flow standard device with negative pressure method is developed, which can be used for error detection and sealing test. The device can meet the measurement error and seal performance of gas flowmeter, and realize the accurate and efficient verification of flow measurement instrument in the fields of trade settlement, industrial metering, process control, safety production and so on.
