基于實(shí)證的科研事業(yè)單位科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化制度創(chuàng)新方式研究

摘要：文中通過(guò)分析科研事業(yè)單位成果轉(zhuǎn)化工作存在的困難，結(jié)合對(duì)福建省市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理局具體指導(dǎo)措施和下屬單位轉(zhuǎn)化工作落實(shí)的案例研究，針對(duì)市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)所屬科研事業(yè)單位如何高效地開(kāi)展科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化工作提出對(duì)策建議。

Research on the Guiding Measures of the Scientific and Technological Achievements Commercialization Policies in Government-affiliated Research Institutions

Abstract： By analyzing the difficulties of the scientific and technological achievements commercialization in government-affiliated research institutions， the specific guidance measures and the commercialization case are studied within the Market Supervision and Administration of Fujian Province and its subordinate units. Finally， the countermeasures and suggestions are discussed on how the institutions should take to make their achievement commercialization efficiently.
