雙下肢多發(fā)骨梗死MRI類CT及能譜CT鈣抑制成像應(yīng)用一例

摘要：骨梗死臨床發(fā)病率較低，多發(fā)生于長骨干骺端及骨干，骨梗死影像新技術(shù)報道也較為罕見。本文報道1例雙下肢多發(fā)骨梗死MRI基于受限回波間距的快速梯度回波類CT成像及能譜CT鈣抑制技術(shù)的影像表現(xiàn)，為臨床提供診斷經(jīng)驗。

CT-Like MRI and Calcium-Suppressed Spectral CT Imaging of Multifocal Bone Infarcts in Both Lower Extremities：Report of One Case

ABSTRACT：Bone infarction has a low incidence in clinical practice and mostly occurs in the metaphysis and diaphysis.Few studies report the advanced imaging technique for bone infarction.Here we reported the fast field echo resembling a CT using restricted echo-spacing and calcium-suppressed spectral CT imaging for a case of multifocal bone infarcts in both lower extremities，aiming to provide diagnostic experience for clinical practice.

骨梗死是骨髓腔內(nèi)的骨壞死，多發(fā)生于股骨遠(yuǎn)端及脛骨近端、遠(yuǎn)端，有多發(fā)性和對稱性的特點(diǎn)［1］；目前，骨梗死的發(fā)病率尚不清楚，骨梗死臨床表現(xiàn)無特異性，在臨床工作中容易造成誤診［2-3］。（剩余4279字）
