The villagers in Dipu Village， Jiangnan Town， Tonglu County are known for their simplicity， honesty， and filial piety. The papermaking industry thrives in the village， and there are numerous ancient buildings with distinctive features， among which Baoqing Hall is the most typical. Outside the village， there is a lush forest planted by the ancestors of the villagers and preserved to this day. The villagers believe that only with deep roots can leaves flourish， and only with righteous families can a clan prosper.
