Guided by the concept that “l(fā)ucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”， Songyang County focuses on the goal of “enriching the people and strengthening the county”. It unswervingly promotes the new-type industrialization and steadfastly advances common prosperity. While firmly adhering to the positioning of the tea industry as the core leading industry and the pillar industry for people’s livelihood and leveraging the renovated old house resources， it explores a protection and development model for ancient villages that integrates multiple business forms. It is striving to create a high-quality development model for building a common prosperity demonstration zone in mountainous areas.
