On July 24， Yi Lianhong， secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the CPC， visited Yucun Village in Anji County， Huzhou City. He delivered a keynote speech on the spirit of the third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee to representatives of the “new farmers”， including “native-born villagers”， “agri-makers” who have moved to the countryside for development and “cloud villagers” from the online community.On the afternoon of July 29， Yi Lianhong visited the Zhejiang Provincial Party History and Literature Research Office.
