李安洪主任醫(yī)師運(yùn)用“通經(jīng)開咽”法針刺治療阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征臨證經(jīng)驗(yàn)

【摘 要】 文章主要介紹李安洪主任針刺治療OSAHS的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)。OSAHS是臨床常見病且伴隨多種并發(fā)癥，李安洪主任對此病認(rèn)為痰濕為主要病因，核心病機(jī)以肺、脾、腎三臟功能失常為本，手太陰、足太陰、足少陰經(jīng)咽喉部經(jīng)脈瘀阻，痰濕、血瘀阻塞氣道為標(biāo)，運(yùn)用自擬“通經(jīng)開咽”法針灸處方治療，臨床運(yùn)用效果良好。

Abstract：This paper mainly introduces the clinical experience of  Director Li Anhong in treating OSAHS with acupuncture. OSAHS is a common clinical disease with many complications. Director Li Anhong thought more about this disease and believed that phlegm dampness is the main cause. The core pathogenesis is based on the dysfunction of the three Zang organs of lung， spleen and kidney. The blood stasis of hand Taiyin， foot Taiyin and foot Shaoyin is blocked in the throat， and the phlegm dampness and blood stasis block the airway. The self-made acupuncture prescription of “dredging meridians and swallowing” method is used for treatment， and the clinical application effect is good.

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征（obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome，OSAHS）是指在夜間的睡眠過程中，患者反復(fù)出現(xiàn)呼吸暫停以及低通氣的狀況，其臨床表現(xiàn)為睡眠過程中有間斷打鼾，夜間被反復(fù)憋醒，或可伴夜間小便次數(shù)增多，早晨醒后自覺疲倦困乏、口干，日間嗜睡、注意力無法集中等［1］。（剩余6182字）
