敦煌《輔行訣》中辨治蕁麻疹角藥臨證擷菁

【摘 要】 文章總結(jié)了從敦煌《輔行訣》中提取的辨治蕁麻疹的特色角藥，其具有解表散寒、祛風(fēng)清熱、活血止癢等功效，臨證靈活化裁治療蕁麻疹療效甚佳，也可為臨床治療瘙癢性皮膚病提供寶貴的借鑒作用。

Abstract：The article summarizes the characteristic horn medicine extracted from Dunhuangs “Fu Xing Jue” to identify and treat urticaria， which has the effects of relieving the cold， dispelling wind and heat， activating blood and relieving itching， etc， and the efficacy of clinical flexible tailoring in the treatment of urticaria is very good， and can also provide valuable reference for the clinical treatment of itchy skin diseases.
