基于經(jīng)筋理論探討筋針治療肩痹的臨床思路

【摘 要】 筋針療法是南京中醫(yī)藥大學劉農(nóng)虞教授基于《靈樞·經(jīng)筋》并結(jié)合多年臨床經(jīng)驗總結(jié)而提煉的一種經(jīng)典針刺方法。筋針將肩痹納入經(jīng)筋病范疇，通過辨病筋-選筋穴-筋針法的臨床辨治思路，對肩痹病進行診治。本文詳細梳理筋針治療肩痹的臨床辨治思路，以期為針灸治療筋病提供新的思維模式。

Abstract：Sinew acupuncture therapy which was refined by the professor LIU Nongyu is based on the classical theory of Lingshu. According to sinew acupuncture， shoulder pain belongs to impediment of the sinew， and it carries out in three steps including identification meridian sinew， selection acupuncture points， determine manipulation. In this paper， the thoughts of sinew acupuncture therapy on shoulder pain is presented， and it is expected to enrich the clinical treatment plan for shoulder pain and provide thinking mode reference for acupuncture on disease of meridian tendon.
