巴中市“百千萬(wàn)引才工程-巴中市醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生引進(jìn)人才”調(diào)查研究

摘要：回顧梳理巴中市近年來(lái)在“百千萬(wàn)引才工程”中巴中市醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生引進(jìn)人才工作情況，分析巴中市醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生人才引進(jìn)的現(xiàn)狀及人才引進(jìn)對(duì)巴中市醫(yī)療行業(yè)的促進(jìn)情況。同時(shí)分析了目前人才引進(jìn)中存在的問(wèn)題和不足，并提出了通過(guò)創(chuàng)新舉措推動(dòng)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生引進(jìn)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)再上新臺(tái)階的措施。

Abstract：This paper reviews the talent introduction of medical and medical community of "Hundreds and Tens of Thousands of Talents Project" in Bazhong City in recent years， and analyzes the current situation of the talent introduction of medical and medical community in Bazhong City and the promotion of talent introduction to the medical industry in Bazhong City. At the same time， it analyzes the problems and shortcomings in the current talent introduction， and puts forward measures to promote the construction of talent introduction of medical and medical community to a new level through innovative measures.
