妊娠期糖尿病發(fā)病因素及其產(chǎn)科并發(fā)癥研究

摘要：妊娠期糖尿病為孕期常見并發(fā)癥之一，以血糖代謝異常為主要表現(xiàn)，其病因復(fù)雜，涉及因素較多，且危害性大，對(duì)產(chǎn)婦及胎兒安全均具有較大影響。鑒于該病對(duì)母嬰安全的危害，其篩查、預(yù)防、診斷及治療均已成為產(chǎn)科的重點(diǎn)工作內(nèi)容之一。本文現(xiàn)對(duì)妊娠期糖尿病的發(fā)病因素及其與產(chǎn)科并發(fā)癥作一綜述。

Study on the Pathogenic Factors of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and its Obstetric Complicationss

Abstract：Gestational diabetes mellitus is one of the common complications during pregnancy， with abnormal blood glucose metabolism as the main manifestation. Its etiology is complex， involving many factors， and it is harmful， which has a great impact on maternal and fetal safety. In view of the harm of the disease to maternal and child safety， its screening， prevention， diagnosis and treatment have become one of the key tasks of obstetrics. This article reviews the pathogenic factors of gestational diabetes mellitus and its obstetric complications.

妊娠期糖尿病（gestational diabetes mellitus，GDM）是孕期女性特有的代謝障礙性疾病，多發(fā)展于妊娠中晚期，可影響母體糖脂代謝，易引發(fā)多種產(chǎn)科并發(fā)癥，是導(dǎo)致剖宮產(chǎn)及不良妊娠結(jié)局的重要原因之一[1]。（剩余8647字）
