【摘 要】目的 探討綜合護(hù)理對于行激光治療的黃褐斑患者的臨床效果。方法 選取溧陽市皮膚病防治所2021年1月-2023年1月收治的86例行點陣激光的黃褐斑患者為研究對象，隨機(jī)分為對照組和觀察組，每組43例。對照組實施常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組實施綜合護(hù)理，比較兩組臨床指標(biāo)、并發(fā)癥嚴(yán)重程度及護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果 兩組治療時間比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05），但觀察組愈合時間短于對照組，色斑消退程度高于對照組（P

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Chloasma During Laser Treatment

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with chloasma during laser treatment. Methods A total of 86 patients with chloasma who underwent lattice laser from January 2021 to January 2023 in Liyang Institute of Dermatology were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 43 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing， and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The clinical indexes， complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
