高校學(xué)生“形體肥胖”的影響因素及干預(yù)措施研究

【摘 要】隨著生活方式和飲食結(jié)構(gòu)的改變，高校學(xué)生“形體肥胖”問題日益突出，對學(xué)生的健康和形象產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重影響。本文通過對“形體肥胖”進(jìn)行概述，結(jié)合高校學(xué)生“形體肥胖”的現(xiàn)狀，并分析其影響因素，從教育宣傳、飲食和運動方面提出干預(yù)措施，以解決高校學(xué)生“形體肥胖”問題，為相關(guān)政策提供參考和建議。

Analysis of Influencing Factors and Intervention Measures of “physical Obesity” Among College Students

【Abstract】With the change of lifestyle and diet structure， the problem of "physical obesity" among college students has become increasingly prominent， which has a serious impact on students’ health and image. Based on the overview of "physical obesity"， combined with the current situation of "physical obesity" among college students， this paper analyzes its influencing factors， and puts forward intervention measures from the aspects of education， diet and exercise， so as to solve the problem of "physical obesity" among college students and provide reference and suggestions for relevant policies.
