中醫(yī)護(hù)理在帶狀皰疹患者中的應(yīng)用效果

【摘 要】目的 探討中醫(yī)護(hù)理在帶狀皰疹患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取威海市立醫(yī)院2022年1月-2023年1月收治的50例帶狀皰疹患者為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)分為研究組和對(duì)照組，每組25例。研究組和對(duì)照組分別實(shí)施中醫(yī)護(hù)理和常規(guī)護(hù)理，比較兩組癥狀改善情況、疼痛情況和護(hù)理滿(mǎn)意度。結(jié)果 研究組止皰時(shí)間、止痛時(shí)間、皰疹愈合時(shí)間和結(jié)痂時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with herpes zoster. Methods A total of 50 patients with herpes zoster admitted to Weihai Municipal Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into study group and control group， with 25 patients in each group. The study group and the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing and routine nursing respectively. The improvement of symptoms， pain and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
