【摘 要】目的 分析牙膠充填術在慢性牙髓炎患者中的應用效果。方法 選取2021年3月-2023年3月我院收治的70例慢性牙髓炎患者為研究對象，采用隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和觀察組，每組35例。對照組接受常規(guī)治療，觀察組接受牙膠填充術治療，比較兩組臨床相關指標、臨床療效及滿意度。結果 兩組治療后GI、PD、SBI、IL-1β水平均低于治療前，且觀察組低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the application effect of gutta-percha obturation technique in patients with chronic pulpitis. Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic pulpitis admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 35 patients in each group. The control group received routine treatment， and the observation group received gutta-percha obturation technique. The clinical related indicators， clinical efficacy and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
