六字訣結(jié)合火針治療氣滯血瘀型帶狀皰疹的臨床研究

【摘 要】目的 探究六字訣聯(lián)合火針治療氣滯血瘀型帶狀皰疹的效果。方法 選取2022年4月-2023年4月我院收治的76例帶狀皰疹患者作為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)比組與結(jié)合組，各38例。對(duì)比組予以常規(guī)治療，結(jié)合組予以六字訣聯(lián)合火針治療，比較兩組疼痛情況、臨床療效、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率以及生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果 結(jié)合組VAS評(píng)分及PRI指數(shù)均低于對(duì)比組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）；結(jié)合組生活質(zhì)量各項(xiàng)評(píng)分均高于對(duì)比組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Clinical Study on Liuzijue Combined with Fire Needle in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of Liuzijue combined with fire needle in the treatment of herpes zoster of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Methods A total of 76 patients with herpes zoster admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into control group and combined group， with 38 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment， and the combined group was treated with Liuzijue combined with fire needle. 帶狀皰疹（herpes zoster）危險(xiǎn)因素多，水痘-帶狀皰疹病毒有較強(qiáng)傳染性，進(jìn)入到機(jī)體后有較強(qiáng)隱匿性，即使經(jīng)相關(guān)治療也無法將體內(nèi)病毒徹底清除，脊髓后神經(jīng)節(jié)等位置常存在病毒殘留的情況，在過度勞累、免疫力下降等因素刺激下常激活病毒，誘發(fā)帶狀皰疹[1]。（剩余5193字）
