【摘 要】目的 探究眶隔脂肪轉(zhuǎn)移填充技術(shù)在治療眼袋伴隨淚溝凹陷矯正術(shù)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選擇2020年11月-2021年11月我院收治的80例眼袋伴隨淚溝凹陷的醫(yī)美患者為研究對(duì)象，采用眶隔脂肪轉(zhuǎn)移填充技術(shù)進(jìn)行整容修復(fù)，分析其臨床療效，統(tǒng)計(jì)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、生活質(zhì)量以及患者滿意度。結(jié)果 80例患者治療總有效率為98.75%；共發(fā)生1例腫脹和1例下瞼下區(qū)凹陷，并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為2.50%；總滿意度為96.25%；治療后生活質(zhì)量及心理狀況均優(yōu)于治療前，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of orbital septum fat transfer filling technique in correction of eye bag with lacrimal groove depression. Methods From November 2021 to November 2022， 80 patients with eye bags with lacrimal groove depression admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects. The orbital septum fat transfer filling technology was used for cosmetic repair. The clinical efficacy was analyzed， and the incidence of complications， quality of life and patient satisfaction were counted. Results The total effective rate of treatment was 98.75% in 80 patients； there were 1 case of swelling and 1 case of lower eyelid depression， and the complication rate was 2.50%.
