【摘 要】目的 觀察局部皮瓣在鼻部皮膚腫瘤切除后創(chuàng)面修復(fù)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取2021年1月-2022年1月我院收治的18例鼻部皮膚腫瘤患者為研究對(duì)象，均于腫瘤切除術(shù)后實(shí)施局部皮瓣修復(fù)創(chuàng)面，觀察18例患者的臨床療效、面容美觀滿意度，并對(duì)患者治療前后的不良心理狀態(tài)及生活質(zhì)量進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果 18例患者治療總有效率為88.89%，滿意度為100.00%；治療后SAS評(píng)分、SDS評(píng)分均低于治療前（P

【Abstract】Objective To observe the application effect of local flap in wound repair after nasal skin tumor resection. Methods A total of 18 patients with nasal skin tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. All patients underwent local skin flap repair after tumor resection. The clinical efficacy and aesthetic satisfaction of the 18 patients were observed， and the adverse psychological status and quality of life of the patients before and after treatment were compared.
