強(qiáng)脈沖光在美容皮膚科的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展

【摘 要】強(qiáng)脈沖光（IPL）屬于光電技術(shù)的一種，是其在激光之后的又一次進(jìn)展，在美容皮膚科應(yīng)用廣泛，可以解決擴(kuò)張毛細(xì)血管、毛發(fā)、色素斑等各種皮膚問(wèn)題，此外還有諸多優(yōu)勢(shì)，包括無(wú)創(chuàng)、療程短等?；诖?，本文綜述了IPL的原理，及其在美容皮膚科中的相關(guān)應(yīng)用，旨在為臨床應(yīng)用提供相關(guān)參考。

Application Progress of Intense Pulsed Light in Cosmetic Dermatology

【Abstract】Intense pulsed light （IPL） is a kind of photoelectric technology， which is another development after laser technology. It is widely used in cosmetic dermatology， and can solve various skin problems such as dilated capillaries， hair， pigmented spots， etc. In addition， it has many advantages， including non-invasive， short treatment period， and so on. Based on this， this article reviews the principles of IPL and its related applications in cosmetic dermatology， in order to to provide relevant reference for clinical application.
