早期皮瓣修復(fù)治療鼻整形術(shù)后感染致鼻組織缺損的效果

【摘 要】目的 分析早期皮瓣修復(fù)治療鼻整形術(shù)后感染致鼻組織缺損的效果。方法 選取我院2020年1月-2021年1月收治的20例鼻整形術(shù)后感染致鼻組織缺損患者為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)其開展早期皮瓣修復(fù)，術(shù)后隨訪1年，觀察患者的修復(fù)效果、修復(fù)滿意度、負(fù)性情緒及生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果 20例患者的鼻部功能評(píng)分為（9.22±0.33）分，質(zhì)地評(píng)分為（8.98±0.41）分，輪廓評(píng)分為（9.04±0.30）分，色澤評(píng)分為（8.92±0.47）分，修復(fù)滿意度為100.00%；治療后焦慮情緒評(píng)分、抑郁情緒評(píng)分均低于治療前，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Effect of Early Flap Repair on Nasal Tissue Defect Caused by Infection After Rhinoplasty

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the effect of early flap repair on nasal tissue defect caused by infection after rhinoplasty. Methods A total of 20 patients with nasal tissue defect caused by infection after rhinoplasty in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects. Early flap repair was carried out， and the repair effect， repair satisfaction， negative emotion and quality of life at 1 year after operation were analyzed. Results The nasal function score of 20 patients was （9.22±0.33） scores， the texture score was （8.98±0.41） scores， the contour score was （9.04±0.30） scores， the color score was（8.92±0.47） scores， and the repair satisfaction was 100.00%.
