潮氣呼吸肺功能檢測在兒童支氣管肺炎中的臨床應(yīng)用

【摘 要】目的 分析潮氣呼吸肺功能檢測應(yīng)用于兒童支氣管肺炎臨床診治中的作用。方法 選取2021年8月-2022年8月我院收治的43例支氣管肺炎患兒為研究對(duì)象，將其作為觀察組，同時(shí)納入同時(shí)間段于我院門診進(jìn)行潮氣呼吸檢測的35名健康嬰幼兒作為對(duì)照組，分別進(jìn)行潮氣呼吸功能檢測，比較兩組肺功能參數(shù)。結(jié)果 兩組潮氣量比較，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）；觀察組呼吸比、達(dá)峰容積比、達(dá)峰時(shí)間比、呼吸流速25%、呼吸流速50%、呼吸流速75%均低于對(duì)照組，呼吸頻率高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Clinical Application of Tidal Breathing Pulmonary Function Test in Children with Bronchial Pneumonia

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the role of tidal breathing pulmonary function test in clinical diagnosis and treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods A total of 43 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects， and they were taken as the observation group. At the same time， 35 healthy infants and young children who underwent tidal breathing pulmonary function test in our hospital during the same period were included as the control group. The tidal breathing pulmonary function test was tested and the lung function parameters of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in tidal volume between the two groups （P>0.05）. The respiratory ratio， peak volume ratio， peak time ratio， respiratory flow rate 25%， respiratory flow rate 50 % and respiratory flow rate 75% in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， and the respiratory frequency was higher than that in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P
