【摘 要】目的 觀察CO2點(diǎn)陣激光治療凹陷性疤痕的效果。方法 選取2021年1月-2022年6月麗江市人民醫(yī)院收治的62例凹陷性疤痕患者為研究對(duì)象，均給予CO2點(diǎn)陣激光治療，觀察患者皮損改善情況、皮膚美觀度、臨床療效及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 治療后VISIA檢測的色斑、皺紋、紋理、毛孔及紫質(zhì)評(píng)分均低于治療前，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective To observe the efficacy of CO2 lattice laser in the treatment of depressed scars. Methods A total of 62 patients with depressed scars admitted to Lijiang People’s Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with CO2 lattice laser. The improvement of skin lesions， skin aesthetics， clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.
