【摘 要】目的 分析針對性護(hù)理對妊娠期肝內(nèi)膽汁淤積癥患者皮膚瘙癢及生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法 選擇2021年1月-12月涇縣醫(yī)院收治的妊娠期肝內(nèi)膽汁淤積癥患者100例，依據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組和觀察組，各50例。對照組實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組實(shí)施針對性護(hù)理，比較兩組護(hù)理效果、生活質(zhì)量及護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果 觀察組護(hù)理總有效率為98.00%，高于對照組的84.00%（P

Effect of Targeted Nursing on Skin Itching and Quality of Life in Patients with Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing on skin itching and quality of life in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. Methods A total of 100 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy admitted to Jingxian County Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method， with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing， and the observation group was given targeted nursing. The nursing effect， quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
