“小田變大田”的馬鞍山探索與啟示

摘 要：馬鞍山市以“農(nóng)田四變”（小田變大田、閑田變忙田、差田變良田、蟹田變稻田），系統(tǒng)推進“小田變大田”，著力解決土地細碎化經(jīng)營問題，探索發(fā)展新型農(nóng)村集體經(jīng)濟，賦予農(nóng)民更加充分財產(chǎn)權(quán)益，闖出了一條“小田變大田”的獨特模式，受到全國廣泛關注，做法被2023年中央一號文件吸收，值得研究借鑒。

Exploration and Enlightment of Ma’anshan’s Transformation from Small Fields to Large Fields

Abstract：With “four changes in farmland” （small fields into large fields， idle fields into busy fields， poor fields into good fields， crab fields into paddy fields）， Ma’anshan City has systematically promoted “small fields into large fields”. It also creats a unique model of “small fields into large fields”; focusing on solving the problem of land fragmentation management， exploring and developing a new type of rural collective economy， giving farmers more full property rights and interests. This mode has attracted widespread attention across the country， whose practice was absorbed by the No. 1 central document in 2023， and deserves studying and learning.
