Quality evaluation of randomized controlled trials report on the influence of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing on the rehabilitation effect of elderly fracture patients

AbstractObjective：To investigate the quality of reports of randomized controlled trials on the effect of ERAS nursing on the rehabilitation of elderly patients with fracture.Methods：Randomized controlled trials on the effects of ERAS nursing on the recovery of elderly patients with fractures were retrieved from PubMed，Web of Science，EMbase，the Cochrane Library，CNKI，WanFang Database，VIP and CBM.The search period was from the establishment of the database to May 2022.CONSORT statement and improved Jadad Scale were used for literature quality evaluation.Result：A total of 126 articles were included.The included literature did not report 11 out of 37 items in the CONSORT statement.In the evaluation of the improved Jadad scoring scale，there were 4（3.17%）high-quality articles with scores of 4-7 and 122（96.83%）low-quality articles with scores of 0-3.Conclusion：At present，the quality of randomized controlled trial literature on the effect of ERAS nursing on the rehabilitation of elderly patients with fracture is generally low，and it should be adopted and applied with caution.It is suggested to make reference to the CONSORT declaration and the improved Jadad scoring standard，rationally design the experimental scheme，standardize the implementation and standardize the reporting of outcome indicators.
