Abstract Objective：To search and obtain the relevant evidence of perioperative nutrition management in patients with esophageal tumors，and to summarize the best evidence.Methods：BMJ Best Practice，Up To Date，GIN，NGC，NICE，Yimaitong，JBI Evidence Based Health Care Center in Australia，the Cochrane Library，Web of Science，PubMed，CINAHL，EMbase，CNKI and other guidebooks，databases and related society websites were searched.The search included all evidence of perioperative nutrition management in patients with esophageal tumors.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the database to April 2022.Results：A total of 15 articles were included，including 6 guidelines，2 clinical decisions，1 practice standard，1 evidence summary，3 systematic reviews，and 2 expert consensus.A total of 44 pieces of best evidence were summarized and sorted into 6 aspects，namely nutrition screening and evaluation，nutrient intake，selection and implementation of nutritional treatment methods，nutrition team building，adverse reaction management，and discharge education.Conclusion：The best evidence for perioperative nutritional management of esophageal cancer patients summarized in this study is specific and highly operational，which can provide evidence-based basis for clinical work of medical staff.It is recommended that evidence users should evaluate the conditions of their medical institution，patient willingness，and make targeted evidence selection when applying evidence in clinical practice.
