Summary of best evidence of exercise management intervention in patients with essential hypertension

AbstractObjective：To comprehensively search and analyze the relevant evidence of exercise management in patients with essential hypertension.Methods：Literatures including guidelines，expert consensuses，evidence summaries，systematic reviews，Meta-analyses and randomized controlled trail（RCT） were searched from BMJ Best Practice，SIGN，GIN，NICE，NGC，RNAO，NZGG，CMAJoule，Yimaitong，the Cochrane Library，Australia JBI evidence-based Health Care Center，PubMed，Nursing Consult，Web of Science，SinoMed，CNKI，WanFang Database and VIP.The retrieval time was from inception to March 7，2022.Two researchers independently evaluated the quality of relevant documents，and combined with professional judgment，extracted and summarized the evidence of the documents meeting the quality evaluation standards.Results：A total of 11 articles were included，including 5 guidelines，4 systematic reviews，1 RCT and 1 expert consensus.Finally，22 pieces of best evidence were formed involving 6 aspects：applicable population，exercise principle，exercise necessity，exercise mode，exercise intensity，exercise volume and frequency，exercise precautions.Conclusion：This study summarized the best evidence of exercise management for patients with essential hypertension.Clinical and community medical workers should create personalized management strategies based on patient wishes，clinicalscenarios，and more.
