略論杜康歷史文化價(jià)值與時(shí)代精神

摘要：杜康是中國傳統(tǒng)文化中的重要元素，是中國白酒釀造歷史重大轉(zhuǎn)折的體現(xiàn)，因曹操名句“何以解憂，唯有杜康”，又包含了豐富的文化內(nèi)涵。其“憂懷家國”意蘊(yùn)更是成為中國人文精神的重要內(nèi)核。杜康作為重要的傳統(tǒng)文化元素，與時(shí)代精神相契合，充分體現(xiàn)在創(chuàng)新精神、愛國情懷和敬業(yè)精神等方面。

On Du Kang’s Historical and Cultural Values and Its Spirit of the Times

Abstract： Du Kang is an important element in Chinese traditional culture and emerges as a major turning point in the history of Chinese Baijiu brewing. In addition， Cao Cao’s famous line “What can unravel these woes of mine？ I know but one drink—Du Kang Wine.” enriches its cultural connotations. The sentiment of “worry for home and country” contained within serves as an important core of Chinese humanistic spirit. As an important traditional cultural element， Du Kang is in line with the spirit of the times in terms of innovation， patriotism， and professionalism.
