臨床藥師應(yīng)用MTM對(duì)2型糖尿病患者醫(yī)囑干預(yù)的效果評(píng)價(jià)

摘 要 目的：探討藥物治療管理（MTM）在?？婆R床藥師醫(yī)囑干預(yù)中的作用。方法：選取2型糖尿病住院患者600例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和干預(yù)組，各300例。對(duì)照組未以MTM為依據(jù)進(jìn)行醫(yī)囑干預(yù)，干預(yù)組由臨床藥師以MTM進(jìn)行醫(yī)囑干預(yù)。比較兩組不合理醫(yī)囑情況。結(jié)果：共存在不合理醫(yī)囑290條，對(duì)照組232條，干預(yù)組58條；在藥物適應(yīng)證、安全性、有效性用藥問(wèn)題方面，干預(yù)組醫(yī)囑不合理率低于對(duì)照組（P

Evaluation of the effectiveness of clinical pharmacists’ application of MTM in medically prescribed interventions for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the role of medication therapy management （MTM） in the intervention of the medical orders by specialty clinical pharmacist and physician. Methods： Six hundred hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group with 300 cases each. The control group was not intervened with medical orders based on MTM while the intervention group was intervened with MTM by clinical pharmacists. The irrational medical orders were compared between the two groups. Results： There were a total of 290 unreasonable medical prescriptions， 232 in the control group and 58 in the intervention group.
