摘 要 本文基于崗位勝任力概念，結(jié)合皮膚病?？婆R床研究護(hù)士的工作要點，探索皮膚病?？婆R床研究護(hù)士崗位勝任力指標(biāo)體系的實施，提出皮膚病?？婆R床研究護(hù)士崗位勝任力的提升策略，從而為皮膚病?？婆R床研究護(hù)士崗位勝任力的全面培養(yǎng)提供參考。

Exploration and training of job competency for clinical research nurses in dermatology

ABSTRACT Based on the concept of job competence， this paper combines the key points of the work of clinical research nurses in dermatology， explores the implementation of the index system of job competence of clinical research nurses in dermatology， and puts forward the strategy of improving the job competence of dermatology， so as to provide reference for the comprehensive cultivation of the job competence of dermatological clinical research nurses.
