頸源性失眠發(fā)病機制研究進展

摘 要 頸源性失眠的發(fā)病率逐年升高并成為臨床治療熱點,本文通過檢索并梳理近年相關文獻,從下丘腦-垂體-腎上腺軸失調、腦神經遞質、阿片能信號通路、促炎細胞因子、運動節(jié)段囊狀韌帶受壓、肌筋膜觸發(fā)點、社會環(huán)境和遺傳因素等七個方面論述頸源性失眠的發(fā)病機制,為后續(xù)臨床診治進一步研究提供指導。

Research progress in the pathogenesis of cervical insomnia

ABSTRACT The incidence of cervical insomnia is increasing year by year and has become a hot spot in clinical treatment, this article retrieved and summarized the pathogenesis of cervicogenic insomnia in relevant literatures in recent years from seven aspects, including hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis dysfunction, brain neurotransmitters, opioid signal pathway, proinflammatory cytokines, compression of motor segment cystic ligament, myofascial trigger points, social environment and genetic factors, and provides guidance for further clinical diagnosis and treatment.

頸源性失眠主要因頸椎退行性變、外傷或頸部肌肉勞損引起頸部關節(jié)疼痛、椎動脈供血不足及不同程度植物神經功能紊亂而導致的入睡困難、早醒、睡眠時間短、睡眠質量差等癥狀[1]。(剩余8579字)
