摘 要 目的：探討機(jī)械通氣在重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房（ICU）重癥心力衰竭患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取82例重癥心力衰竭患者，按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為兩組，各41例。對(duì)照組予以常規(guī)治療，觀察組加用機(jī)械通氣治療。治療7d后評(píng)價(jià)療效，比較兩組臨床療效。結(jié)果：治療后觀察組RR、PaCO2、LVESV、LVEDV、ALD、ANP、SVRI水平較對(duì)照組低，而PaO2、OI、LVEF、COR、CI、SV水平較對(duì)照組高（P

Effect of mechanical ventilation on respiratory circulation and cardiac function in ICU patients with severe heart failure

ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the effect of mechanical ventilation on patients with severe heart failure in intensive care unit （ICU）. Methods： Eighty-two patients with severe heart failure were selected and divided into two groups with 41 cases each according to random number table method. The control group was given routine treatment， while the observation group was additionally given mechanical ventilation treatment. The therapeutic effect was evaluated 7 days after treatment， and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.
