蘇子降氣湯聯(lián)合康復(fù)呼吸訓(xùn)練對慢性阻塞性肺疾病穩(wěn)定期患者肺功能的影響

摘 要 目的：探討蘇子降氣湯聯(lián)合康復(fù)呼吸訓(xùn)練對慢性阻塞性肺疾?。–OPD）穩(wěn)定期患者肺功能的影響。方法：將COPD穩(wěn)定期患者隨機(jī)分為對照組（n=69）和觀察組（n=70），對照組采用噻托溴銨聯(lián)合康復(fù)呼吸訓(xùn)練治療，觀察組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上給以蘇子降氣湯治療，比較兩組臨床療效和肺功能改善情況。結(jié)果：觀察組總有效率、肺功能指標(biāo)、血氧飽和度、動(dòng)脈血氧分壓以及6 min步行測試距離均高于對照組；呼吸功能、生活質(zhì)量評分和二氧化碳分壓均低于對照組（均P

Effect of Suzi Jiangqi decoction combined with respiratory rehabilitation training on pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at the stable stage

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the effect of Suzi Jiangqi decoction combined with respiratory rehabilitation training on pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） at the stable stage. Methods： The patients were randomly divided into a control group （n=69） and an observation group （n=70）. The control group was treated with tiotropium bromide combined with respiratory rehabilitation training， while the observation group was additionally treated with Suzi Jiangqi decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and the improvement of pulmonary function were compared between the two groups.
