倡導大學精神、科學精神、企業(yè)家精神

——2023復旦管院新年論壇上的演講

摘 要：   影響我們科創(chuàng)事業(yè)和國家前途的最大瓶頸是教育。人才培養(yǎng)自有其規(guī)律，每個孩子各有天性、各有天賦，因材施教是祖訓，培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才是國家的當務(wù)之急、教育界的迫切使命。我們必須倡導真正的大學精神、科學精神、企業(yè)家精神，這是國家社會走進新時代、進行現(xiàn)代性轉(zhuǎn)型的動力。

Promoting University Spirits， Scientific Spirits and Entrepreneurship：The Speech Delivered on New Year Forum at ManagementSchool in Fudan University

Abstract：  Education is regarded as the bottleneck which impacts China’s innovation and prosperity. Talents cultivation has its own way. Each student is unique and endowed with individual gift. It is our ancestor’s preaching that educating students in accordance with their aptitude， which is our urgent mission. We need to promote authentic university spirits， scientific sprits and entrepreneurship， which serve as the momentum to drive China’s modern transformation.

今天我們邀請了各個領(lǐng)域的科學家、企業(yè)家等諸多大咖和四位新青年代表來同我們分享他們對科學、對事業(yè)、對人生的深刻洞見與體驗，相信大家都有知識上的收獲、眼界上的拓展，也相信大家能夠理解我們這個學院每年一度新年論壇為什么不只是聚焦于產(chǎn)業(yè)、商業(yè)和管理問題，而是延展開來，涵蓋當下這個社會，乃至整個人類需要共同關(guān)注與面對的時代主題。（剩余11393字）
