陜西縣域老年教育需求現(xiàn)狀與對策研究

——基于府谷縣的樣本

［摘 要］至2022年末，陜西省60歲以上老年人口占全省總人口比率已達20.5%，老齡化程度已高于全國平均水平。面對陜西省老齡化問題形勢較為嚴峻的現(xiàn)實，如何有效推動陜西老年教育發(fā)展，成為一項重要課題。本文采用實證研究法，在充分調研府谷縣老年教育需求的基礎上，提出陜西縣域老年大學發(fā)展的意見和建議。

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Elderly Education Demand in Shaanxi County

Abstract：By the end of 2022， the proportion of elderly people aged 60 and above in Shaanxi Province has reached 20.5% of the total population， and the degree of aging has exceeded the national average. Faced with the severe situation of aging in Shaanxi Province， how to effectively promote the development of elderly education in Shaanxi has become an important issue. This article adopts an empirical research method， based on a thorough investigation of the demand for elderly education in Fugu County， and proposes opinions and suggestions for the development of elderly universities in Shaanxi County.
