高純鉿中鐵含量的測定方法研究

【摘要】本文通過實(shí)驗(yàn)證實(shí),稱樣量為1 g,稀釋10倍,以銠作內(nèi)標(biāo)元素,不進(jìn)行基體分離,通過質(zhì)量數(shù)選擇消除質(zhì)譜干擾,采用稀釋法、內(nèi)標(biāo)法、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)加入法繪制校準(zhǔn)曲線消除基體效應(yīng),可實(shí)現(xiàn)電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法對高純鉿中鐵含量的測定。

Study on the Determination Method of Iron Content in High Purity Hafnium

Abstract: In this paper, it is confirmed by experiments that the sample weight is 1g, diluted 10 times, rhodium is used as the internal standard element, without matrix separation, mass spectrum interference is eliminated through Mass number selection, and matrix effect is eliminated by using dilution method, internal standard method, and standard addition method to draw calibration curve, which can realize the determination of iron content in high-purity hafnium by Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.

鉿在核電軍工方面具有不可替代的作用[1],高純鉿中微量、痕量雜質(zhì)元素對其使用性能有顯著影響[2],因此,對高純鉿的質(zhì)量控制提出了越來越高的要求,建立準(zhǔn)確可靠的高純鉿中雜質(zhì)元素檢測具有重要意義。(剩余4420字)
