雷公藤多苷藥理毒理作用研究進展

【摘要】雷公藤多苷（TWP）是一種有效的抗炎免疫脂溶性混合物，廣泛用于腎病、關(guān)節(jié)疾病的臨床治療，治療效果好，但存在藥物不良反應(yīng)問題，如何科學有效地使用該藥物成為臨床應(yīng)用面臨的主要問題。本研究通過綜合分析相關(guān)研究文獻，探討TWP藥理毒理作用進展，以期為臨床藥物使用提供參考信息。

Abstract： Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside （TWP） is an effective anti-inflammatory immune fat soluble mixture， which is widely used in the clinical treatment of kidney disease and joint disease. The treatment effect is good， but there are Adverse drug reaction. How to use the drug scientifically and effectively has become a major problem in clinical application. This study aims to comprehensively analyze relevant research literature and explore the progress in the pharmacological and toxicological effects of TWP， in order to provide reference information for clinical drug use.

雷公藤多苷提取自雷公藤，雷公藤是木質(zhì)藤本植物，在中藥應(yīng)用中被認為具有清熱解毒、活血化瘀的作用，該藥物最早見于《神農(nóng)本草經(jīng)》，書中記載其具有治療膨脹、痞積、水腫及魚口便毒、瘧疾久不愈等效用。（剩余4536字）
