代謝組學(xué)在單細胞領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的研究進展
[摘要]
單細胞代謝組學(xué)(SCM)是以高通量檢測和數(shù)據(jù)處理為手段,以組群指標分析為基礎(chǔ),以信息建模和系統(tǒng)集成為目標,對特定生理時期的某種細胞的所有小分子量代謝物進行定量和定性分析。本文綜述了近年來代謝組學(xué)在單細胞領(lǐng)域中的研究及應(yīng)用進展,并對其在醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的最新應(yīng)用進行了詳細的討論。
