腸道菌群及其代謝產(chǎn)物與心血管疾病關(guān)系的研究進(jìn)展

［摘要］

心血管疾?。–VD）發(fā)生的核心機(jī)制動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化及CVD的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素血脂異常、肥胖、糖尿病、高血壓、吸煙、心理社會(huì)因素、飲食、酗酒和少體力活動(dòng)均與腸道菌群密切相關(guān)。本文對(duì)腸道菌群及其代謝產(chǎn)物在代謝、炎癥、免疫等方面與CVD的關(guān)系進(jìn)行綜述，為CVD診治提供參考依據(jù)。

; ［ABSTRACT］The core mechanism of cardiovascular diseases （CVDs）， atherosclerosis， and the independent risk factors for CVDs， dyslipidemia， obesity， diabetes， high blood pressure， smoking， psychosocial factors， diet， alcohol， and reduced physical activity， are closely associated with gut microbiota. This article reviews the relationship of gut microbiota and their metabolites with CVDs in terms of metabolism， inflammation， and immunity.
