新形勢下森林草原防滅火基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀與展望

——以關(guān)山林區(qū)為例

摘要 隨著全球氣候變化和自然災(zāi)害頻發(fā)，森林草原防滅火工作變得日益重要。以關(guān)山林區(qū)為例，深入剖析了當(dāng)前森林草原防滅火基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀，總結(jié)了全球范圍內(nèi)相關(guān)研究和成功案例，提出了幾點(diǎn)森林草原防滅火基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)對策，以應(yīng)對日益嚴(yán)峻的防火挑戰(zhàn)。

The Current Situation and Prospects of Forest and Grassland Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Infrastructure Construction under the New Situation

—Taking the Guanshan Forest Area as An Example

Abstract With the frequent global climate change and natural disasters， forest and grassland fire prevention and extinguishing work had become increasingly important. Taking Guanshan Forest area as an example， this paper deeply analyzed the current situation of forest and grassland fire prevention and extinguishing infrastructure construction， summarized relevant studies and successful cases around the world， and put forward several countermeasures of forest and grassland fire prevention and extinguishing infrastructure construction to cope with the increasingly severe fire prevention challenges.
