皮膚鏡在光線性角化病診斷中的研究進(jìn)展

[摘要]光線性角化病是一種發(fā)生于皮膚的癌前病變。由于其有發(fā)展為鱗癌的潛在可能，對(duì)該病及時(shí)、正確的診斷顯得尤為重要。目前皮膚活檢仍為診斷光線性角化病的金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。然而，越來越多的研究表明皮膚鏡在光線性角化病的診斷中具有優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文對(duì)皮膚鏡在光線性角化病診斷中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行綜述。

Research Progress of Dermoscopy in the Diagnosis of Actinic Keratosis

Abstract： Actinic keratosis（AK） is a kind of precancerous lesion. Considered to be the continuum of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma（cSCC）， it is important to get a correct and timely diagnosis for AK. At present， skin biopsy is still the gold standard for the diagnosis of AK. However， more and more studies have shown advantages of dermoscopy in the diagnosis of AK. This article reviews the applications of dermoscopy in the diagnosis of AK.
